Took my sons to get massages today, 13 year old had his massage at 11:30am no issues, go back at 3:30pm for our 15 year old and the massage therapist(different one from earlier) outright refused because "its against the rules for her massage therapist license to massage minors".
Thats an outright lie, we already had parental permission slips signed, one kid was already massaged, if you don't feel comfortable because of something say it, don't lie about "your license". Be a professional, its a teenager, big whoop. I guess this will be our last time ever coming back which sucks because we had nothing but good experiences before this, but lying and making it weird as if a kids body is arrousing or something so you can't touch it is just too weird.

I’ve been coming here on and off for about 15 years and have always had an amazing experience. Just got my hair cut yesterday with Kaylan and she did such a good job! She took her time understanding what I wanted and didn’t rush through the hair cut.

The technician who did my pedicure was very nice. I really enjoy visiting spas all over the country and even overseas and this place is very overpriced for the atmosphere in my opinion. One of the people at the front desk was very condescending and quite frankly, inept. There are much better places to receive spa treatments on the eastern shore.
