We have gone to Billy’s for years. The quality has gone downhill severely on the food and the bottled soda we ordered was expired by months. Any place can have a one off, but have tried a couple times and it seems the quality is poor. We will be finding a new sub shop.

I went in today March 19th 2024. I will never go in that dirty nasty place again. Their customer service is horrible. They are ignorant and call customers lyers. THEY WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY EVER AGAIN. BILLYS IS TRASH AND EXTREMELY OVER PRICED.

I was pleasantly surprised with Billy’s sub shop as my expectations had been low from the start due to the opinion of someone else. I was truly taken back when I tasted that delicious cheesesteak and shortly there after I decided to devour an extra large cheese pizza and was not disappointed.
