Me and my family stop everytime were down that way and it never fails to provide. Service is good. Selection could be a bit better and bigger but outside of that we always leave happy.

On vacation with family. Every single staff member was above and beyond. They were kind, helpful and doing everything they could to give me a good experience. Well done staff! Well done management!

I walked in with my three children of whom one is special needs. Immediately two sales assistants offered to help in a genuinely welcoming manner. Throughout the whole time we were there, they not only checked in on us, but were happy to walk my children through the different colors, sizes and fits. I was truly blown away by their professionalism. That spirit of excellent customer care was demonstrated by each and every one of the staff. After purchasing 3 pairs of crocs and walking to our car I realized my son needed to be changed, so I walked back in and asked whether they had a bathroom. They only had a bathroom for staff, but allowed me to use it to change my son. It's evident that this crocs location values and prioritizes their customers. I certainly walked out feeling really good.
