Ocean City Da Vinci’s by the Sea nails the combination that’s hard to find: authentic Italian food with a real ocean view. You’re not choosing between atmosphere and food here — you get both.

The dining room and patio look right over the water, so sunset dinners feel like an event. White tablecloths, candlelight, and that salt-air breeze. It’s romantic without being stuffy, and families or date nights both fit.

Food is legit Italian. Pasta dishes are made with care — sauces have depth, portions are generous, and nothing tastes like it came from a Sysco truck. If they have the seafood specials, get them. Being this close to the ocean, the fish actually tastes fresh. Bread comes out warm, wine list is solid, and the service paces things so you can actually enjoy the view.

Staff are professional and attentive without hovering. They know the menu and can steer you right if you’re torn between dishes.

Prices are what you’d expect for beachfront Italian with real ingredients, but the quality and setting back it up. You’re paying for the view and the fact that the kitchen knows what it’s doing.

If you want authentic Italian in a beach town and don’t want to sacrifice the food for the scenery, Da Vinci’s by the Sea delivers. Great pasta, fresh seafood, ocean view — that’s a hard combo to beat.

Davinci’s by the Sea was easily the highlight of our Memorial Day weekend trip! Our server, Braeden, was excellent — attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the fried mozzarella, alfredo, and chicken piccata, and would highly recommend all of them. The house salad dressing was honestly to die for. We also really appreciated the mocktail options, especially the Aperol spritz-inspired one. Everything from the food to the service was fantastic, and we can’t wait to come back!

We were a group of 8 that already waited outside for an hour and a half. When sat to table, we waited for waiter to greet us a long time. Order food and drinks, me personally got the veal which was one of the less flavorful of all of the dishes, marinara did not felt fresh homemade, more like the can ones, I left everything on the plate but the protein as I was paying for it anyways. After the group was almost done eating the waiter brought the salad, which tasted good and fresh. Overall, I understand we sat at 9pm and everybody was tired, nonetheless service and food gives so much to ask for. The place was cute, wouldn't go again.
