It was super fun! They even had a kiddy track for the little kids to drive too. The tracks also let the little one sit with and adult so they can have fun too! Happy that they cater to younger kids so the whole family can have fun. Id definitely go again.

Overall this place is a lot of fun however be aware that there is some misleading information there. I brought my daughters here to have some fun. My one daughter is not tall enough for some tracks however, she was tall enough to get the wristband so she could drive on the tracks that require a height minimum of 48". She is taller than 48" but less than 54" so this made sense.
We got her wristband and immediately she wanted to drive on the Super Raceway track. They wouldn't let her ride because they said she was too short. We checked the sign again to make sure we weren't missing something and the sign clearly says for riders 48" and taller. We measured her a couple of more times to be sure. Still, she was not allowed to ride. What was interesting to me was that she rode this track with zero issue last year.
To try to make this long story short, I spoke to a track manager who very matter of faculty told me that the karts on that track are for riders 54" and taller and had been that way for years. I was then told that they were enforcing that for safety.
If that's the case then fine but the company should change their signage at the register and at the ride so that people don't pay for something they aren't going to be able to use. Apparently this is enough of an "issue" that the track manager mentioned they get this complaint about this particular track all the time. Either the complaints stop at the track manager or ownership doesn't care enough to do anything about it.
Fortunately my daughter was satisfied with the tracks she was able to participate in but it's still disappointing to not be able to fully use what you believe you are paying for.

Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. My son was hit from behind by another go-kart, yet he was the one who was thrown out of the race. Instead of reviewing what actually happened or listening to us, the staff immediately blamed him and refused to be fair.
The manager was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and acted like our concerns didn't matter. The employees were just as unprofessional. No one cared about the facts or even attempted to resolve the situation. We paid for a family outing and ended up being treated with disrespect.
This business clearly values blaming customers over providing good customer service. If this is how they handle accidents on the track, families should think twice before spending their money here. We left feeling cheated, embarrassed, and extremely disappointed. We will never return, and I will be telling friends and family to avoid this place.
